- Take the liners, pads and straps off the brace before you wash it.
- Wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Hang the straps to dry, and keep bleach, an iron and dry cleaning away from them.
- Apply dry lubricant to the hinge from time to time, especially after it has been exposed to water.
- To find your size, sit with your leg extended and measure its circumference six inches above and six inches below the kneecap, then check the sizing chart in the images.
