At Vepine, orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your payment has been completed but the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. However, you may still request a return in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products
At Vepine, all orders are carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure they arrive in good condition. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
 - the damaged product
 - the external packaging
Once your request is received, our team will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation and product availability, this may include a replacement or a full refund.
If it is confirmed that the issue occurred during shipping or prior to delivery, Vepine will cover any applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Returns (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
At Vepine, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee to support a simple and reliable shopping experience.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery, clearly stating the item you would like to return and the reason for your request. Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund requests may be considered for valid reasons, including but not limited to:
 - the item arrives defective or does not function as intended
 - an incorrect product is delivered
 - the product does not meet reasonable quality expectations
 - the item is damaged during shipping
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging, unused, complete with all included parts and accessories.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Please note that customized, personalized, clearance, and discounted items are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive such an item with an issue, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. Our team will review the case and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Missing Items Procedure
If any item or part of your order is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@vepine.com. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please include your order number, photos of the package you received, and details of the missing item.
After reviewing your request, our team will determine the appropriate solution as quickly as possible. This may include sending a replacement, dispatching the missing item, or issuing a full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number and tracking number in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation is completed, Vepine will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. 

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part — such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item damaged during shipping — Vepine will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund where applicable.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as:
 - the item is no longer needed
 - the wrong product was ordered
 - an incorrect size or variation was selected
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that Vepine does not apply any restocking fees to returned items.
