When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
After processing, transit time usually takes 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.

At Vepine, we currently ship to the following countries:

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Shipping to locations outside the countries listed above is not available.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no additional or hidden fees at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, especially during busy periods.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label if available.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund. If the issue is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or before delivery, Vepine will cover any related return or replacement shipping costs.
