Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when your order is successfully placed and when it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
At Vepine, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional time and are typically processed on the next business day.
Transit time is 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT (Central Time, United States) are processed on the same business day.

At Vepine, we partner with established shipping providers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure dependable and secure delivery.
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination, package size, and the most efficient shipping option available at the time of dispatch.
Our priority is to select the most appropriate and reliable service to support timely and safe delivery of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
The total estimated delivery time is calculated by combining the order processing time and the shipping transit time, which may vary depending on the delivery destination.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, local carrier operations, and periods of high demand.

New Zealand
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Shipping to locations outside the countries listed above is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active after dispatch. During busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, activation may take slightly longer.
Tracking updates provided by the carrier may take 48 to 72 hours to reflect the latest shipment status.
If you have any difficulties tracking your order, please contact our support team and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@vepine.com.
We will check the shipment status with the carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding, especially during peak periods or in case of unexpected delays from the carrier.
Missing Items Procedure
If any item or part of your order is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@vepine.com. To help us review the issue efficiently, please include your order number, photos of the package received, and details of the missing item.
Once your request has been evaluated, our team will provide the most appropriate solution as soon as possible. This may include sending a replacement, dispatching the missing item, or issuing a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Delivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help us review your request more efficiently, please include your order number and tracking number in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation, Vepine will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Order Cancellations
At Vepine, orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
If your payment has been completed but the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. In such cases, you may still be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For some international orders, import duties, taxes, or other government fees may be applied by local customs authorities based on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled or collected by Vepine. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on orders.
